About the Role
Assistant Responsibilities:
-This role will leverage Google Docs, Forms, Sheets, and Zoom for document creation and organizational initiatives
-Provides general administrative support including calendar management, report generation, presentations, file maintenance, etc
-Schedules and coordinates logistics for team meetings and special events
-Research relevant entities and national events
-Coordinates the onboarding and off-boarding of contractors and employees
-Organizes logistics for expansion and wellness supply orders
-Organizes instructor teaching schedules
-Maintains weekly text outreach

Certification Requirements:
-4-year college degree; preferably in business, psychology, marketing, or accounting
-At least 2 years of administrative experience
-Independent contractor position (1099)
-Non-disclosure agreement
-Must be able to handle all activities with confidentiality, initiative, and independence
-Must be punctual and dependable
-Requires completion of work assignments where directions are given from a brief outline or general oral instructions
-Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize and meet deadlines
-Ability to multi-task, anticipate needs and requirements, and follow through
About the Company
Thank you for your interest in joining the Police Enlightenment and Collective Education Program’s mission to support the well-being of police officers and the communities they serve. The program offers wellness courses promoting mindfulness, stress regulation, and deep recovery states for first responders. The P.E.A.C.E Program is currently offered in Houston Texas, however, instructors from other cities are welcome to complete an application for future hiring opportunities.
