Community Pillar Award
Honors a first responder who plays a central role in building connection and unity within their department and/or fostering strong engagement with the community. This award recognizes individuals who strengthen relationships, promote collaboration, and help create a culture of trust and cohesion.
Resilience Award
Honors a first responder who has demonstrated exceptional strength in the face of repeated or heightened exposure to trauma in the line of duty. This award recognizes individuals who continue to serve with courage, stability, and commitment while carrying experiences that test personal and professional resilience.
Living Legacy Award
Honors a first responder whose work is creating lasting and meaningful impact within their field. This award recognizes individuals whose leadership, mentorship, and vision are shaping systems that will continue to serve future generations.
